      Heartland Commons is located at the Southeast Corner of Hwy. S.R. 67 and Mooresville Road. The overall development is well-known as Heartland Crossing, a master planned community containing over 1,500 acres of residential, office, light industrial, retail and prominent, signature Nick Price golf course.

    Currently, the project is anchored by a Meijer superstore (190,000 +/- square feet) and Menard Home Improvement (162,000 +/- square feet) with a strong (and growing) lineup of national restaurants occupying the outlots along State Road 67. Anticipated to join this project is another big box retailer now under contract.

    The attached site plan depicts the final phase of the retail development, as well as the remaining land and sites available to the market. Retail users are being sought ranging from a theater to home electronics to additional restaurants!
