Join Beauty Brands Superstore and the growing array of prime retailers looking to establish a dominant presence fronting a new 180,000+ square foot center (anchored by Hobby Lobby and future Gordman's) and adjoining the new Wal-Mart Supercenter.
This recently completed property is situated on the north ("going home") side of Rockville Road and will have excellent exposure to one of the highest traffic counts in Central Indiana. Most notably and as a result of these traffic counts, several of the area's national restaurants have experienced leading sales volumes ranking them near the top of their respective chains.
With a traffic signal now installed at the Gable Drive intersection at Rockville Road, superior access will be provided to the tenants of the Beauty Brands center at Gable Crossing.
