A partnership formed between locally based Williams Realty Group and Caldera Development has been secured by Zickler Associates, LLC, as a purchaser of Weybourne Plaza, located at the high traffic intersection and southeast corner of Raceway and Rockville Road in Indianapolis.

A purchase agreement with Weybourne Development Inc., (comprised of long time businessmen Jerry Simpson, Joe Simpson and Dennis Copenhaver), as seller, has been completed.

Williams Realty Group’s established track record of developing and managing shopping centers will ensure Weybourne Plaza’s success and completion on schedule.

To date, Zickler Associates has pre-leased a substantial portion of the available space of the main building to quality tenants such as: Bonefish Grill, Panera Bread, Cookie Cutters Haircuts for Kids, Papa Murphy’s, and Diamond Den.

Additionally, Zickler Associates has been retained as the listing broker for Weybourne Plaza and is actively negotiating deals to lease the balance of the 32,000 square feet. Williams Realty Group, Caldera Development and Zickler Associates anticipate that Weybourne Plaza will be 100% leased when the center opens in December 2003.
