Ryan Zickler of Zickler Associates, LLC, and Karl Behrens of The Zacher Company have announced the sale of Lima Road Shoppes in Fort Wayne, Indiana, to FC Realty Ten, LLC, a Williams Realty Group affiliate.

The 15,340 square foot multi-tenant retail center is located in front of Meijer on Lima Road on the north side of Fort Wayne. Construction was completed in September 2003.

According to David Crockett of Williams Realty Group, “the purchase of this investment property was particularly appealing because Zickler and Behrens did a great job of attracting a lineup of quality tenants that made us very comfortable with this property as an excellent long-term investment.”

Tenants in the facility include Starbucks, EB Games, Teriyaki Express, Big League Barbers, Cali Nails, Liberty Tax and Integrity Insurance, Quizno’s, and US Cellular. Active negotiations are in process for the remaining 2,800 square feet of available space.
