Following 27 years of practice in the Camby area of southwest Indianapolis, Dr. Robert Vote, DDS, has acquired a ¾ acre building site in Heathrow Center, at AmeriPlex, the 1,500-acre business park situated along State Road 67 just south of the Indianapolis International Airport.

According to Dr. Vote, “We are committed to continuing our service to the Indianapolis community with a new state-of-the-art facility, and the high-visibility location in Heathrow Center seemed ideal for our ever-growing dental practice.”

Dr. Vote plans to construct a 2,700 square foot dentist office building just inside the main entrance to Heathrow Center from State Road 67.

Dr. Vote’s new building will be the fourth building in Heathrow Center. Holladay Properties, the developer of AmeriPlex, recently moved into a 4,800 square-foot office building at Heathrow Center, and the two existing retail buildings are nearing 100% occupancy.

Ryan Zickler of Zickler Associates, LLC, Heathrow Center marketing representative, reports that only two 1,400 square foot spaces remain available for lease in the two existing multi-tenant buildings which contain a combined total of 22,400 square feet.

An additional retail building is planned for construction at Heathrow Center and there are just two remaining outlots available ranging in size from 1.75 to 2.25 acres.

When fully developed, Ameriplex will contain 15 million square feet of retail, office and industrial space, and the daytime population at completion is forecast to be in excess of 15,000.
