Ryan E. Zickler, Zickler Associates, LLC, reports six new leases have been executed on behalf of Wireless @ Work, Indiana’s largest Nextel dealer.

New locations have been secured at the high traffic Highway 135 and Smith Valley intersection (Village Commons) in Greenwood, Indiana, the Keystone Avenue and 116th Street intersection in Carmel, Indiana, along SR 9 at Scatterfield Shoppes in Anderson, Indiana, and at I-69 and Dupont Road (Dupont Landing) in Ft. Wayne, Indiana. All of these are new developments and construction.

A renewal of Wireless @ Work’s lease in the heart of downtown Indianapolis at 802 North Delaware has also been finalized, as well as a relocation of their Shelbyville, Indiana store to a superior location in the same submarket, at the entrance to the new Wal-Mart Supercenter.
