Recently constructed Lynhurst Shoppes, located at 2910 South Lynhurst Drive, Indianapolis, Indiana, is now 100% leased, according to Ryan E. Zickler, co-owner of Zickler Associates, LLC.

The 12,000 square foot retail center was constructed in January 2004, and Zickler Associates began marketing the space in May 2004.

“Ryan Zickler and his team exceeded our expectations with their aggressive marketing and experience in lease negotiations which resulted in the rapid lease-up of our center and evolution of a valuable asset,” said Tom Kiritsis, Jr., co-owner in this center.

Tenants in the center include Acceptance Insurance, French Nails, All Star Liquors and Whiskey River Bar and Grill.
