Zickler Associates, LLC, represented the Shumaker Family of Plainfield, Indiana, in acquiring the 39,740 square foot “PRN Building” located in the Cloverleaf Properties Business Park at 8351 W. Rockville Road in Indianapolis, Indiana.

The seller was Cloverleaf Property Group, LLC and the tenant occupying the building is the PRN Pharmaceuticals Division of Omnicare, a $5.3 billion publicly traded NYSE company (symbol = OCR), and the nation's leading provider of pharmaceutical services to long-term care facilities.
