Ryan E. Zickler, Zickler Associates, LLC principal, and listing broker, announced the sale of Lynhurst Shoppes retail center to Haven Building Materials, Inc. Based in Southern California, the purchaser was represented by Herb Feldmann of Grubb & Ellis Harding Dahm and Company.

The 12,000 square foot center is located at 2910 South Lynhurst Drive in Indianapolis. Tenants include Acceptance Insurance, French Nails, All Star Liquors and Whiskey River Bar and Grill. Prior to the sale, Zickler Associates had completed leasing of the facility, taking it from 33% to 100% occupancy in just fifteen months.

Lynhurst Shoppes developer, Thomas G. Kiritsis, Jr., stated "Ryan Zickler and his associates once again performed as promised, and made it possible for my partners and me to achieve our ultimate dual objectives of leasing up the project and then selling it on the open market at a profit."
