Commercial Net Lease Realty, Inc., an Orlando based public REIT has partnered with locally based Caldera Development, Inc.

The first project targeted for the partnership is a 22 (+/-) acre development within the high profile Heartland Crossing community on the southwest side of Indianapolis. Specific plans for the proposed retail development, which will accompany the existing Meijer and Menard Home Improvement, have not been finalized.

“It is likely there will be nearly 200,000 square feet of additional retail space developed involving nationally known retailers, which will compliment and help complete the successful Heartland Crossing project,” according to Ryan E. Zickler, Principal of Zickler Associates, LLC.

Zickler Associates has been retained by CNLR and partner Caldera to exclusively market the site and secure the targeted list of users.
